Happy Mother’s Day 2014!
Happy Mother’s Day! I have already spent a couple of days receiving handmade gifts from my daughters, enjoying the planning they’re doing for the “secret” meal they’re making for me today, and wishing a happy day to friends and relatives I have talked to on the phone or through emails or text messages.
It’s a day for you to remember how important you are to your family. They love you, and you do an amazing job taking care of them, even when you’re feeling frazzled and worn out with the job. Don’t grow weary in well-doing! (Galatians 6:9 is a frequently visited verse in my Bible.)
Here are some thoughts for you and for those you care about today:
- 10 Little Things that Make a Special Needs Mom’s Day
- Living Life as Art – Perfect if you’re struggling to remember that you and your life are a masterpiece!
- Mamas, We Need Some Perspective – If you need some perspective on your life today, this is a must read!
- Homeschooling Children with Special Needs – A podcast I did with Rebecca Brandt at Ultimate Homeschool Radio Show. It’s full of encouragement for you as you finish this school year.
Have a blessed Mother’s Day!
(I’ll have a special giveaway going for my blogger friends tomorrow. See you then!)
