I have used My Well Planned Day Family Homeschool Planner for a year or so now and love it. When Home Educating Family released My Well Planned Day Software, I wanted to check it out too!
I haven’t gotten my software completely set up yet. It’s a work in progress as I learn how to use every feature available! I do know that it’s fully customizable. You can add each member of your family, manage the calendar, lesson plans, assignment sheets, budget, attendance, grading, shopping lists, chores, menus, and more!
The software has only been in beta up until now, but the full version should roll out this month! All of the features will be fully functional, including mobile access, and it’s all coming very soon. For all the details, check out the My Well Planned Day Software page.
I admit that there is a learning curve in figuring out how to take advantage of all the wonderful features of the software. Fortunately, the technical team is amazing! They take comments, suggestions, and questions seriously and are constantly working to correct issues so that version 1.0 will be as close to perfect as possible when it’s released.
If you’re not technology-savvy and are nervous about figuring everything out, there’s no need to worry. Home Educating Family has set up video tutorials to walk you through the different sections of the software!

Oh man, and I just downloaded the Old Schoolhouse Special Needs Planner yesterday!
This made me chuckle.
The day I got a look at this planner, I had also just downloaded the Old Schoolhouse Planners, perused them and was wondering how I was going to make it work, since I was used to using a computer based spreadsheet planner of my own.
I will still use some of the other tools and curricula, but this is my planner of choice!
I would LOVE this for our homeschool and for our household organization!!
The facebook app does not seem to be working with your site. I’ve “liked” both Homeschool Convention and Well Planned Day on FB, but cannot approve the app because it’s not working!

UPDATE: Giveaway Tools technical support said the issue is with Facebook. It is a known glitch, and Facebook is working on it. In the meantime, I have disabled verification on the Facebook entries and will verify them myself when the giveaway ends if the winning entry is a Facebook “Like”!

I know its a small thing, but I really like that it is customizable! I love that i can put my family’s faces on it and can tell who is doing what at a glance! (And of course having everything in one place is a great feature)

Can I just say I like everything about it?! I’ve used the Well-Planned Day paper planners for several years now, but I love the options for the software planner!
I’m just beginning homeschooling and been busy trying to find the right planner!
I love that everything can be in one place ON the computer! Currently, I use a paper planner…and that’s nice….but I’d prefer this one.
It looks so customiz-able, that I think I’d spend a lot of time just getting to “know it”.
