Why You Need to Read Paperless Home Organization

I started the new year with plans to clean out, declutter, reorganize, and live a simpler life. (Actually, I started doing all of this during the holiday break.) I started making better use of our Cozi family calendar and downloaded the Motivated Moms app to help me stay on top of housekeeping, but I still didn’t feel like everything was covered.

Then I was given a gift—the opportunity to read Mystie Winckler’s new book Paperless Home Organization. I wasn’t really looking to create a digital homemaking binder. I was looking for tips to help me simplify and declutter my life even more. I’m terrible about shuffling piles of paper from one place to another in the house. I wondered if the digital homemaking binder idea might help.

I wasn’t prepared for all the help I received from Paperless Home Organization! Mystie explains step-by-step how to consolidate all of your paperwork using three basic digital apps/websites. I was already using two of the three, but I wasn’t using them to their full potential. I implemented some of Mystie’s suggestions while reading the book, but I need to go back to do more now that I’ve caught the vision!

If you’re looking for a way to reduce the paper clutter in your home and are comfortable with going digital, this book is a must-have! Mystie explains how to use the following programs (the FREE versions) to their fullest potential:

Mystie’s system describes using these programs and their corresponding apps to manage and organize your life, including:

  • Setting up a digital filing cabinet
  • Your home
  • Your homeschooling
  • Your blogging

There’s truly something for everyone in Paperless Home Organization! If you’ve considered going paperless and want to know how to do it quickly and easily, you need to read this book!
